Do you like horseback riding?  In the riding center of the Sun’s Hermitage, Federica can offer you horse-back riding lessons, either for beginners or for experts; she can also teach children to ride small and sweet donkeys.  Do you have a passion for cooking?  You will discover how easy it is to prepare a complete Italian menu.  We organize courses suitable for beginners or those already skilled.  Are you crazy for rafting ?  Ten minutes from Spoleto your destination will be the Nera river in Valnerina’s wild silence.  Try to harvest olives in November, carry them to a mill and taste the virgin oil on the best bruschetta you have ever eaten.  From August to October harvest honey.  Our bees will fascinate you more than you will expect.
